Session replay tools for mobile apps

To see what your users actually experience, you can use session replay tools in mobile apps. On the mobile side, Smartlook does the job.

UXCam is an alternative (I haven’t tried it), and Hotjar is among the good ones. Watching where a user gets stuck reveals a lot that plain numeric analytics won’t tell you.
