pi-ema-tts: a Turkish TTS extension for Pi agent

I built the pi-ema-tts extension for Pi agent. It connects EMA, a Turkish TTS model, to Pi. It has two modes:

1. Read the whole response aloud.
2. Read only inside <tts> tags. With the help of a system prompt, the model isolates one key sentence and puts it inside the tag.
