Following blogs with RSS and automating it

I’ve followed blogs via RSS for years. You never know which bit of information will be useful, but curiosity wins.

I wired them into an automation. If I’m following, say, John Gruber on the Apple side, this flow lets me review the week quickly. Every so often I drop the collected items into NotebookLM for a summary. RSS may look old-fashioned, but for a quiet feed of information that’s truly yours, it’s still one of the best tools.
